Low Voltage D.C. Motors

As a further enhancement to our product range, we have recently introduced a superb NEW range of Low Voltage D.C Motors. The 85-600W LN/LV56 and the 280-2000W LN/LV74 range are both available as either LN (Fanless) or LV (Self-Ventilating) models. Both ranges are specifically designed for use with a battery supply.

Permanent magnet fields at two poles.
Ceramic Magnets at high coercive field.
Front and back shields made of alluminium alloy.
Ball-bearings double shield permanently lubricated.
No overheating caused by field circuit.
High torque increases at low speed with no danger of demagnetization.
Wide range of variable speed at constant torque.

Good electrical efficiency.
Careful centring of brushes allows motor to be used in both directions of rotation.
Max. start current 150% of nominal value for 60 sec.
Protection IP 54N Class dynamic balancing with key.
IC411 closed (self-ventilated) and IC410 (fanless) cooling form.
Mounting form B3-B5-B14.
F Class insulation on all motors with impregnation and wire H Class insulation for tropical conditions.
Brush life of ca. 2000 hrs in ideal conditions.
