Sever's wide-ranging geared motor production programmes enable them to effectively meet all market requirements. Their geared motors are characterised by their compact construction and modular system, which enables different types of motor and geared motor to be made interconnecting. Geared motors from Sever can also be delivered without the motor.
All Sever casings are made from high quality iron. Gears are made from alloyed steel, which is ground, after being heat treated, to further improve the hardness of the casing. The shaft is manufactured using 'shaft steel' and the bearing arrangement features high quality roller bearings. Lubrication is provided by high quality mineral lubricants, which guarantee long-term and reliable operation.
